By clicking on CONTINUE at the bottom of this page you will be redirected to The HELM Management company's website where you can log in using your email and password. 

If you have not registered with HELM, you can do so by clicking on the "Register" button on their login page. You will need your Name, Home Address, and Email Address to register. If Helm already has your email address on file or if you use your account number you will receive your password almost immediately. Your account number can be obtained from your annual bill but is not required to register. 

If you have any questions or a problem registering you can contact The Helm Management Co. via email at thehelm@helmmanagement.com or via telephone at (619) 589-6222 and ask to speak with a customer service representative.

Once registered and logged in to the Helm site you can:

1. Manage your profile and contact information
2. View your account information
3. Pay your bill/assessments
