Corona Virus update:

We hope you are all doing well during these difficult times.

Due to Corona Virus, the Helm Management Company is NOT open for regular  business. They are continuing to operate and support our association, however they have very limited personnel on site and for the most part are operating remotely.  Please do not go to Helm to drop of routine items such as Architectural Change Submittal forms or Compliance forms. Please use the email addresses under Committees on the Directors page to send these and similar items. Or you may mail them to Helm.

During the Corona Virus pandemic, meetings will be held online.  Check your notification/agenda for directions on how to attend.

Second Virtual Meeting

Due to restrictions of  COVID-19, the Board held its Annual meeting and Board Meeting online on May 21st.  During the Annual meeting a new Board of Directors was seated. We have two new Board Members.  Please visit the Directors page to see the new Board lineup.  Both meetings went well with several homeowners in attendance.  Each homeowner in attendance was given the oportunity to speak during Open Forum of the regular Board Meeting. 


We are working hard.

It's that time of year again.  The rains have finally subsided. The weeds are almost finished growing and will soon turn brown.  Once again, we are pressing hard to get a handle on it.  With 62 acres of common area, it is quite a task. Our landscaping company is putting additional personal on it but it will take time to get it all done.  Some of you have already seen progress.  For the rest of you, we ask for your patience while they get to your area.  


Our Neighborhood

The Fletcher Hills Highlands Homeowner Association has 454 upscale, 4-5 bedroom single-family, detached homes on the north side of Fletcher Hills in El Cajon, California. Centrally located in San Diego County, we are adjacent to the 125 freeway and just a few miles from the 52 and 8 freeways. Nearby are Grossmont Center and Parkway Plaza as well as Santee Trolley Center. Downtown San Diego, area beaches and local mountains are all about 20-40 minutes by car. For a trolley commute, the Weld Street trolley stop is about a 1/2 mile east with service to Downtown San Diego and Mission Valley.

Not only do we maintain quiet streets of beautiful homes, we have 62 acres of open space that are accessible to residents via hiking paths. Many homes enjoy views of canyons and hillsides.

From that email, you will be able to create your own password to access the Members Only Page.
