The Board generally meets every other month on the 3rd Thursday at 5:30pm. Our next regular meeting is January 16, 2025 at 5:30pm and will be held in person at The Helm Management Co. offices @ 4668 Nebo Dr. La Mesa, CA (tele-conference / virtual option included). All members in attendance are given the opportunity to speak during Open Forum. Please see the Notices page for details.
Fire abatement continues throughout the year. Goats and sheep finished grazing in our open space at the end of May 2024. See the News section of the website for more information. Email landscape@fhha.us if you have any questions regarding the open space or our fire abatement activities.
The Fletcher Hills Highlands Association (FHHA) has 454 upscale, 3, 4, and 5 bedroom single-family, detached homes on the north side of Fletcher Hills in El Cajon, California. Centrally located in San Diego County, we are adjacent to the 125 freeway and just a few miles from the 52 and 8 freeways. Nearby are Grossmont Center and Parkway Plaza as well as Santee Trolley Center. Downtown San Diego, area beaches and local mountains are all about 20-40 minutes by car. For a trolley commute, the Weld Street trolley stop is about a 1/2 mile east with service to Downtown San Diego and Mission Valley.
Not only do we maintain quiet streets of beautiful homes, we have 62 acres of open space that are accessible to residents via hiking paths. Many homes enjoy views of canyons and hillsides.
